Why this meaning was chosen
Quran-internal review covered all four occurrences. At 6:112 the noun modifies speech designed to deceive, making verbal ornamentation explicit. At 10:24 the earth takes on its ornament and becomes beautified before sudden destruction. At 17:93 and 43:35 the noun names a lavish material feature of worldly houses; coordination with silver at 43:33-35 suggests golden ornament, but the text does not independently settle whether the noun names gold as a substance or ornamentation more generally. The aligned-reading field supplies no variant requiring a separate rule. That material nuance remains a segment-linked review point; no protected meaning was edited and no exact lexical collision was found.
