Alternative: no atom's weight is physically distant from him
Research rendering: no atom's weight escapes his notice
At 34:3 the immediately preceding title is 'knower of the unseen' and the scale closes with a clear-book record, so the denied absence is from knowledge rather than spatial proximity.
