فَأَشَارَتْ إِلَيْهِ قَالُوا۟ كَيْفَ نُكَلِّمُ مَن كَانَ فِى ٱلْمَهْدِ صَبِيًّا

Why this meaning was chosen

All four occurrences were compared. Mary's Form IV gesture presents the child as the direction of attention. Form III, reciprocal Form VI, and شُورَى present participants' views as directions to be considered in reaching action. Gesture and counsel therefore share outward indication while their morphology supplies unilateral, reciprocal, and institutional profiles. No candidate, collision, aligned reading divergence, or unresolved semantic question remains.
