Why this meaning was chosen

Form I explicitly negates returning, while forms III and VI encode words passing reciprocally between speakers. The Quran itself identifies الحواريون as Jesus' believing helpers and حور as paradisal companions; those person nouns cannot be derived from the return predicate using Quran-internal evidence alone, so they are isolated as exact collisions.
