18:107

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ كَانَتْ لَهُمْ جَنَّٰتُ ٱلْفِرْدَوْسِ نُزُلًا

23:11

ٱلَّذِينَ يَرِثُونَ ٱلْفِرْدَوْسَ هُمْ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ

Why this meaning was chosen

Quran-internal review covered both occurrences of the unrooted name فِرْدَوْس. In 18:107 it appears in the construct Gardens of Firdaws, assigned as lodging to those who believe and do righteous deeds; in 23:11 the successful believers inherit Firdaws and remain there forever. The reciprocal descriptions identify one named paradisal realm. Case variation follows syntax without changing the referent. The aligned-reading field supplies no variant requiring a separate rule; no protected meaning was edited and no exact lexical collision was found.
