59:3

وَلَوْلَآ أَن كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْجَلَآءَ لَعَذَّبَهُمْ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ عَذَابُ ٱلنَّارِ

Why this meaning was chosen

All five occurrences were compared. Form II brings the Hour or the sun into full exposure, while Form V profiles the Lord's manifestation to the mountain and daylight becoming manifest. جَلَاء names the clearing of a people from their homes, removing occupants rather than concealment but preserving removal into exposed absence.
