Why this meaning was chosen
All twenty-one family occurrences were reviewed on one bounded page; every occurrence is a frozen target, with no protected records or compacted candidates. Fourteen حَمِيم tokens denote scalding fluid in drinking, pouring, boiling, bathing, mixture, and punishment contexts. Six tokens of the identical written lemma denote an intimate person: a close friend, protector, or one party in a close relationship. The remaining يَحْمُوم token denotes the dark substance whose shade follows scorching wind and scalding fluid. Case, definiteness, adjective agreement, syntactic role, and liquid subcontext compose within the first branch. Quran-internal substitution fails exactly: a close protector cannot be poured, drunk, or boiled, while scalding fluid cannot stand as the friend who asks another friend; likewise a shade cast by يحموم cannot be drunk as حميم. The intimate-person and dark-smoke sets are therefore lexical-collision branches, not forced extensions of the liquid core. No aligned reading payload or unresolved issue remains.
