Why this wording
To cause something to come into existence.
This accepted scope contains only the two بَارِئ occurrences at 2:54, بَارِئ at 59:24 and نَبْرَأ at 57:22. The active participle profiles the Originator; the finite first-person plural form is rendered bring into being. Possession, case, the article, subject and object remain separately represented.
Where other meanings fail: Set apart from blame, allegiance or impairment does not by itself express the bringing-into-existence construction at 57:22 or the creative participant in 2:54 and 59:24. This is a scoped lexical distinction, not proof that every historical relationship between these uses is impossible. Create remains a valid alternative and is not presented as a failed meaning. The older cross-scope failure cards are historical evidence, not proof of this four-occurrence unit.
Still open: All other 27 occurrences retain their draft status and separate existing owners, including clearance, dissociation, exemption, restorative Form IV and بَرِيَّة at 98:6–7. The antecedent of the feminine-singular object at 57:22, a root-wide etymology, creation from nothing and the exact relation to خالق and مصور are not decided here. Hamzated collective witnesses at 98:6–7 and the separate 2:167 morphology issue are unchanged.
