Why this meaning was chosen

All 14 family occurrences were reviewed on one bounded page; all are frozen targets, with no protected records or compacted candidates. Ten عَشِيّ tokens mark evening in recurrent morning-evening pairs; two عِشَاء tokens mark nightfall and the prayer situated there; عَشِيَّة names a single evening span; and the lone Form-I verb presents a person as turning a blind eye away from remembrance. Case, definiteness, temporal adverbial force, governing preposition, and verbal mood compose locally. The reduced-visibility image connects the temporal and attentional uses without Quran-internal contradiction. No recitation-sensitive, collision, or unresolved issue remains.
