Why this meaning was chosen

All three form-I perfect occurrences describe Abraham redirecting himself unobtrusively: toward the idols, upon them in striking, and toward his household to prepare food for guests. The governing prepositions and ensuing actions supply contextual renderings without splitting the directional core.
