قُلْ أَرُونِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَلْحَقْتُم بِهِۦ شُرَكَآءَ كَلَّا بَلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ

Why this meaning was chosen

All six occurrences were reviewed. Form I describes later people catching up and joining; form IV joins people to the righteous or their families and, at 34:27, wrongly attaches claimed partners to God.
