Why this meaning was chosen
Reviewed all 20 frozen occurrences on the complete 100-item page. There are no protected meanings, compacted proposals, failure candidates, or aligned witness variants on the target rows. The repeated coordination with Moses, explicit brotherhood, prophethood, shared mission, ministry, and joint reception of revelation establish the principal referent. At 19:28 the same proper name appears in the address 'sister of Aaron'; the Quran does not internally resolve whether that relational Aaron is the same individual, a namesake, or a lineage designation, but every option retains the same proper-name rendering and therefore does not force a lexical collision.
